All partners have already agreed about the joint property of the knowledge arising from the GEHA project and of the potential patents which will result from GEHA activity. This preliminary approach, based on the balanced and integrated participation of each partner in the four main activities, will be implemented and monitored by a specific Legal Board, formed by one representative coming from each partner institution working in the legal field. This Board will deal with the issues related to intellectual property rights and patenting policy and in particular will be in charge of providing technical assistance to the Bodies of the project on all legal and IPR aspects concerning the consortium agreement implementation such as protection, access, use, joint ownership etc.
